Myrrh Bearers Project

During the Nativity season, the Fellowship of the Holy Myrrh Bearers distributed Christmas tree ornaments to more than 60 members of the parish who are elderly, sick or otherwise house-bound. We thank them for their efforts as they work to show these parishioners that they are not forgotten by our community.

Book Launch

Rose Sametz looks on as her husband, author William Sametz signs a copy of his book "My Father the Priest". The book recounts the life and times of his father, the Very Reverend Dr. Peter Sametz.

Iconography Workshop

An iconography workshop was held at our school in June, 2010. The instructor was Valentin Streltsov (above, center), an iconographer originally from Lviv, who now lives and works in Toronto.
